Introducing Phil Bock

Originally employed in the corporate sector for 20 years rising to the level of Australasian Sales and Marketing Manager in the apparel industry, Phil decided on a sea change in the late 1990’s and as a result established several successful hospitality businesses at Cowes on Phillip Island.

Talking to many optimistic locals in those days convinced Phil that the prosperity of the Western Port community was assured and in 2003 he decided to enter the Real Estate profession with a large agency in Cowes as a property Sales Representative where he utilised his acumen to also sell businesses.

After two years in this field he decided to see the world and travelled extensively throughout Europe returning to Australia to resume his real estate career in 2008.

After a few more years the quiet life beckoned and he moved to French Island where he has reconnected with his hospitality roots running the French Island Eco Inn at Tankerton whilst offering his considerable Real Estate talents to local property and business owners in this unique and isolated market.
